SOWN was created to specialise in shared ownership homes in the UK, combining expert knowledge, strong partnerships and a customer-first approach. Since launching in 2018, we’ve grown into a nationwide team focused solely on shared ownership homes and resale properties.

We work with housing associations, developers and providers across the UK to bring forward high-quality shared ownership properties.

At SOWN, we also offer a full sales progression and asset disposals service to Housing Associations and Registered Providers.
